Marina has been with Healthy Success since 2018 as medical assistant to Dr. Cole. Her daughter and son-in-law recently had their first baby boy and now Marina is a proud grandma. She is also blessed with a special needs son who is 14 years old. She loves talking to and working with all the patients who come to the office. She feels rewarded by seeing all the changes in their healing journey.

Catherine has been studying health, wellness and nutrition for 40 years. She obtained her Applied Clinical Nutritionist education from Texas Chiropractic College. Catherine enjoys helping our Wellness patients to obtain better health with continued focus on food choices and health education. You can find her hiking in the mountains, swimming in the ocean, reading, theater, music, painting and drinking a great cup of coffee-organic, of course.

Dolores has been with Healthy Success since 2000 specializing in back-office operations. She has over 40 years experience in medicine. She enjoys interacting with all the patients and helping wherever needed. In her off time, she loves attending church, reading, gardening, and spending time with her family, friends and her fur baby Lilly.

Kelly has 43 years experience in the medical area. She joined Healthy Success in September of 2025 as a front office receptionist. Kelly displays kindness and care for all of our patients. In her spare time, she enjoys antique shopping and spending time with her 4 grandkids and husband.

Amy began working for Healthy Success in October of 2024. Amy is our front office receptionist and PNOE metabolic expert. She is married, has 2 children and is a proud grandmother of 3. Her favorite activities include spending time with her family, hiking, bible study, playing board games, and reading. Amy is a natural health enthusiast and enjoys witnessing the transformation of our patients as they experience healing.

LeRoy heads our infusion team. He has over 40 years of experience in the fields of prehospital medicine and education. He has served as Director of EMS Education and Director of Operations for International Aeromedical Operations. He has developed and implemented medical courses on the international level.

LeRoy has been with Healthy Success since 2022 and has a very unique personal perspective to patient care.

Infusion Team

Craig is an essential part of our infusion team. He has 35 years of prehospital experience and is retired from Temple Fire & Rescue. Craig enjoys the outdoors and spent the last three years mountain biking and skiing in Utah.

Chad Welch with Healthy Success

Infusion Team

Chad recently joined our infusion team and has been a wonderful addition. He has a BS in Kinesiology from University of North Texas, BSN from Concordia University in Austin and is BLS and ACLS certified. Chad is the former owner of Tri City Bicycles, a bike shop in Belton from 2010-2022.

He is a husband, father of an Aggie, and servant to God. He has 2 dogs, 3 cats and 17 bee hives and is an active cyclist as well as, other health related activities.
